Renata Camilo is a partner at CR& Partners and primarily practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Regulatory Law. She has extensive experience advising national and international clients, with a focus on the negotiation and drafting of commercial and infrastructure contracts, export financing, foreign investments, as well as corporate formations and restructurings.

She worked as a legislative consultant for the government of the State of Minas Gerais and as a professor of Civil and Constitutional Law at Humboldt University of Berlin and at Universidade São Judas Tadeu. In addition, she is the author of several legal articles and books.
