Regina Simon is originally from Germany and works as a legal advisor, focusing on Corporate and Commercial Law at both national and international levels. She has advised numerous companies on entering the Brazilian market and provides comprehensive support on matters related to their operations in the country. She also serves as a speaker at events in Germany and Brazil, addressing topics related to the entry and expansion of foreign companies in the Brazilian market.

Before joining CR& Partners, Regina worked as a lawyer in the Labor Law practice at a renowned law firm in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She also worked as a translator and German language teacher.

Regina is admitted to practice law in Germany and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB/SP).
