Gabe Procaccini is a distinguished professional in energy and natural resources transactions and regularly advises a diverse range of clients in negotiating, structuring, and drafting documentation for global energy and carbon projects.
Since 2004, Gabe has advised on transactions with a notional value exceeding US$125 billion and regularly supports project developers, buyers, investors, and sponsors in transactions involving: (i) “take-or-pay,” “take-and-pay,” and other types of purchase agreements; (ii) energy resource development and the production of environmental commodities; (iii) emissions trading instruments, carbon offsets, and other environmental attributes; (iv) the monetization of energy and mining assets through markets and new and emerging solutions; (v) carbon pairing; and (vi) the development and commercialization of energy innovations.
Gabe Procaccini holds a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from the University of Chicago, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland. He is a member of the Texas and Florida Bar Associations.
