Felipe primarily practices in international and Brazilian Business Law, Corporate Law, and M&A, and is regularly involved in projects across Latin America, including the creation of corporate structures in the region and in other jurisdictions.

Before joining CR& Partners, he worked at a law firm in Paris and in the legal department of the Brazilian subsidiary of a major French corporate group, where he coordinated legal work across the South American region.

He is admitted to practice law in Brazil and was admitted to the Paris Bar.
