Lukas Rhomberg is a founding partner of CR& Partners. His practice focuses on Corporate Law and M&A, Business Law, and Tax Law (domestic and international). He has advised dozens of companies and international groups on structuring investments in Brazil through partnerships, acquisitions, or the establishment of subsidiaries. His clients include both Brazilian and foreign companies, as well as entrepreneurs from various countries and industries.

Before founding CR& Partners, Lukas worked in capital markets at a leading U.S. law firm with operations in São Paulo. Prior to moving to Brazil, he worked at the European Commission (Directorate-General for Trade – Latin America) and at a leading law firm in Brussels (Belgium), where he specialized in European regulatory law and matters related to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
